Refund policy

Prices

Firetool Pro costs ₹499 a month or ₹4,999 a year, for one person on one computer. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location; the total, with any tax, is shown before you pay and on your receipt. A refund includes the tax you paid. Pro doesn't renew by itself: when it ends, Firetool keeps working as the Free edition until you buy again.

How to get your money back

• Email billing@firetool.in within 7 days of your payment, from the email address on the order, with your order number (it's on your receipt and in My account, and starts with FT). Requests after 7 days aren't accepted.
• You can follow every order, payment and refund in My account, Orders and payments.
• We confirm by email, usually within 2 working days, and refund the full amount to the way you paid (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) through our payment provider, Cashfree Payments.
• The money normally reaches you within 5 to 7 working days of our confirmation, depending on your bank.
• Your licence stops working when the refund is made.

After 7 days

Payments aren't refunded after 7 days, except where the law requires it. If Pro stops working for you, write to support@firetool.in and we'll help.

Payments that went wrong

• Charged twice for the same order, or charged for an order that never completed: we refund the extra payment in full, whenever you tell us.
• Money left your account but the payment failed: your bank usually returns it by itself within 7 working days. If it hasn't, email billing@firetool.in with your order number.

Cancel anytime

Pro is paid once for a month or a year and doesn't renew automatically, so you can stop anytime with nothing to cancel. An order you didn't finish paying closes by itself after 24 hours, and nothing is charged.
